Book Your C.L.E.A.N Tobacco Recovery Program
You Do Not Need More Willpower.
You need a steady presence to hold the process.
C.L.E.A.N. Tobacco Recovery Program $895.
Four appointments, two months of active containment, a full year of ongoing support, and a permanent personal resource built specifically for your nervous system.
The C.L.E.A.N. Tobacco Recovery Program is a two-month structured recovery experience — designed for the person whose nervous system is already overwhelmed, who has tried before, and who needs genuine support through the full arc of change.
Not just a session. Not just tools. Active containment — from your first appointment to your final check-in, and a full year of support beyond that.
This program serves smokers, vapers, and smokeless tobacco users (cigarettes, cigars, pipes, dip, chew, snus, nicotine pouches).
Why This Program Is Different
Most Programs Leave You Alone With the Hardest Part.
You get the session. You get the tools. And then you go home and navigate the cravings, the emotional volatility, the moment at 11pm when everything feels impossible — by yourself. That is where most attempts end. Not from lack of motivation. From lack of containment.
The C.L.E.A.N. Tobacco Recovery program is built differently. From the moment you book through your final check-in, you are held in an active recovery container. The sessions are spaced deliberately — not to fill a calendar, but because the timing between them is part of the clinical design. You know what is coming next. You know someone is tracking your process. You know you will not be left alone in the difficult middle.
For a nervous system under chronic load — which describes most tobacco users today — that containment is not a comfort. It is the condition that makes genuine change possible.
Tobacco is rarely about nicotine. It is about regulation — what the nervous system reaches for when it has no better option. Remove the coping mechanism without healing what it was managing, and the system simply finds another way to cope. This program heals the system.

THE DANCE
You Set the Pace. This Is a Dance, Not a Battle.
I do not use the word relapse with my clients. I do not speak of slipping or failing. Recovery is not a straight line. It never has been. Sometimes the system needs to take one step back before it can take a large leap forward. That is not failure. That is the body and the subconscious doing exactly what they need to do — integrating, testing, finding their footing.
Within the structure of this program, there is plenty of room to dance. The timeline is spacious by design. The sessions are timed to hold the natural rhythm of the process, not to force it. The hub and your personal recordings are always available — so if the dance calls for a pause, or a return to something earlier, you have everything you need to find your way back.
You will not be shamed here. You will not be pushed. You will be held in a process that trusts your own intelligence — because your nervous system knows how to heal. It simply needs the right conditions.
This Program Is for You If…
You are tired of starting over and blaming yourself for it.
You have tried before — willpower, patches, cold turkey, maybe even hypnosis — and you understand that what you have been trying has not been addressing the whole problem.
You live under genuine stress. Your nervous system is not lazy. It is exhausted. And it has been using tobacco to manage a load that nothing else has reliably addressed.
You want to understand what has been driving the dependency, not just override it temporarily.
You want real support through the full arc of change — not a session and then silence.
This Program Supports:
✓ Smokers — cigarettes, cigars, pipes
✓ Vapers — all devices and nicotine levels
✓ Smokeless tobacco users — dip, chew, snus, nicotine pouches
✓ High-pressure professionals
✓ Veterans and first responders
✓ People with trauma history or compromised nervous system regulation
✓People who have tried many times and not yet found the right approach
What Is the C.L.E.A.N. Method?
C.L.E.A.N. is a structured recovery system that works simultaneously at three layers of tobacco dependency:
The Chemical Layer Nicotine dependency is real and the body's adaptation to it is real. The program’s preparation phase significantly reduces withdrawal intensity before it begins — so the body arrives at the transition already stabilized rather than in shock.
The Behavioral Layer Years of conditioned use have built automatic programs in the subconscious — the reach, the ritual, the associations between specific moments and the habit. Clinical hypnotherapy works directly at this layer, repatterning the subconscious programs that willpower cannot reach.
The Emotional Root This is the layer most programs never touch — and the layer that most reliably drives relapse when it is left unaddressed. What was tobacco managing? What need was it meeting? What does the nervous system genuinely require that it has not yet found another way to get? This work is the heart of C.L.E.A.N.
When all three layers are addressed, cessation does not require force. The system no longer needs the substance. Freedom becomes the natural outcome of a healed system — not the white-knuckled result of prolonged resistance.
The C.L.E.A.N. Recovery Path
A Five-Phase Container Across Two Months
Phase 1 — Orientation & Diagnostics
Zoom session — 45 minutes
Your recovery begins with a comprehensive intake. Not a form. A real conversation. We map your specific dependency profile — your triggers, your emotional drivers, your nervous system's baseline, the history of what you have tried. We identify what tobacco has been doing for you specifically, because that is what determines what your healing needs to address. By the end of this session, you have a clear picture of your personalized recovery strategy. You also receive access to your private digital hub — your secure online space containing everything you will use between sessions.
Phase 2 — 30-Day Gentle Regulation Journey
Your digital hub — self-paced with structure
This phase is where the real preparation happens — and where C.L.E.A.N. most differs from conventional cessation approaches. For approximately thirty days before your intensive session, you work with the tools and resources in your hub: nervous system regulation practices, hypnosis recordings, stress recovery techniques, identity recalibration work, and supportive daily routines. You are not asked to quit during this phase. You are asked to build. The nervous system that arrives at the intensive session having spent thirty days building genuine regulatory capacity is in an entirely different position than one that arrives depleted and reaches immediately for what it has always used. Most clients notice significant changes in their relationship to tobacco before the intensive session begins.
Phase 3 — Intensive Healing Session
Zoom session — 90 minutes
This is the core clinical work. Using hypnotherapy, we go to the layers that willpower cannot reach — the subconscious programs, the emotional roots, the identity questions, the unprocessed material that tobacco has been managing. This is deep, precise, compassionate work built entirely around your specific profile from Phase 1. This is not a generic script. It is a session built for you.
The session is recorded. That recording is yours permanently. It is built from your language and your nervous system’s specific architecture. If so happens that you have to take a step back, you press play and begin from exactly where you are.
Phase 4 — Strategic Reinforcement Session
Zoom session — 60 minutes
Scheduled one to three weeks after the intensive, timed to your individual adjustment curve. Recovery is not a straight line, and this session exists because we know that. It addresses what has surfaced in the days and weeks following the intensive — the residual patterns, the unexpected emotional material, the moments where the dance called for a step back. We stabilize what has been built. We neutralize what remains. We ensure the foundation is solid before we close the active recovery phase.
This session is also recorded and added to your personal collection.
Phase 5 — Mission Completion
Zoom check-in — 45 minutes
Approximately one month after your incentive session. We address what still lingers. We close the recovery cycle with intention. We review what has changed, what you have built, and what your ongoing success strategy looks like.
Psychological completion is not a formality. It is the final piece of the container — the moment that marks the transition from active recovery to free.
Your Complete Recovery Package
Four Structured Sessions Orientation (45 min) — Intensive (90 min) — Reinforcement (60 min) — Completion (45 min), plus your 30-day hub preparation. Spaced deliberately across two months. The timing between sessions is part of the clinical design.
Recordings of Every Personal Session Not generic audio. Not a standard script. Recordings of your own sessions, built in real time for your specific nervous system, your specific history, your specific voice responses. These recordings are yours permanently. If the dance calls for a step back — if six months from now something surfaces, if stress peaks, if you simply want to return to the work — you press play. You have everything you need to begin again from exactly where you are.
Private Digital Hub — 12 Months Access Your secure online space, available around the clock for a full year after you begin. Contains: nervous system regulation tools — hypnosis recordings — stabilization resources for difficult moments — relapse prevention protocol — lifestyle redesign guidance — all materials from your preparation phase. Available 24 x 7 for when the craving is loud; or months later if you need a return.
Monthly Integration Circles Live group sessions, held monthly, open to all clients. These are not support group meetings. They are collective healing experiences — deep trance work, nervous system reset, genuine community. Each session is different. None of them are about tobacco. They are about the person you are becoming now that tobacco is no longer in the way. Included with your program. Available for 12 months.
Your Investment: $895
Four appointments, two months of active containment, a full year of ongoing support, and a permanent personal resource built specifically for your nervous system.
Consider what the habit currently costs:
At $300–350 per month on tobacco — this program pays for itself within three months of being free. Everything after that is money returning to you, compounding indefinitely.
The health insurance premium that reflects the risk. The previous attempts that each cost something — in money, in hope, in the weight of not yet being done with this.
One investment. Two months held. One year of support. Your recordings, permanently.
This program is designed to be the last thing you need.

Why This Program Works When Others Fail
Many tobacco cessation programs focus only on stopping behavior. They emphasize willpower, restriction, and resistance. This approach often fails because tobacco use is rarely about nicotine alone. It is about regulation.
Tobacco is commonly used to:
Calm anxiety
Reduce emotional overwhelm
Manage stress
Numb unresolved pain
Create a sense of safety
When these underlying needs are not addressed, the habit simply returns — or is replaced by another coping mechanism.
The C.L.E.A.N. Method works differently. It restores balance to the nervous system, heals subconscious patterns, and rebuilds emotional resilience. When the system no longer needs tobacco, quitting becomes natural.

Tobacco Is Not the Problem — It Is the Signal
Tobacco is a signal that something inside needs support. It points to unprocessed stress, emotional wounds, identity conflicts, or chronic overload.
Trying to remove it without healing the source creates instability. This program resolves the source.
That is why results last.
Life After Tobacco: What Changes
Clients often report profound changes beyond quitting:
Improved emotional regulation
Better sleep and energy
Increased confidence
Greater mental clarity
Healthier boundaries
Renewed sense of purpose
Stronger relationships
Freedom from tobacco is only the beginning. The deeper result is a more stable, resilient, and connected life.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do I have to quit before starting?
No. The program is specifically designed to prepare your system before any transition happens. You will not be asked to quit until your nervous system is ready. The dance begins gently.
What if I have tried hypnotherapy before and it did not work?
Most hypnotherapists addresses only the behavioral layer — and only partially. C.L.E.A.N. works at all three layers of dependency simultaneously, within a structured container, with preparation that most hypnotherapy approaches entirely skip. Previous hypnotherapy that did not produce lasting results is not evidence that hypnotherapy cannot work for you. It is evidence that a different approach was needed.
What if the process is not linear? What if I take a step back?
That is part of the dance. The program is structured with that reality built in. Your sessions are spaced to hold the natural rhythm of the process. Your recordings and your hub are always available. Taking a step back is not the end of the process — it is part of it. You will never be left without resources to find your way forward again.
How long does the full program take?
Most clients move through the structured phases across eight to twelve weeks. Hub access and monthly circles continue for a full year. Your recordings are yours permanently.
Will I experience withdrawal?
Most clients experience significantly reduced withdrawal intensity as a result of the nervous system preparation in Phase 2. The body arrives at the transition already regulated rather than already depleted. The experience is genuinely different from cold turkey or abrupt cessation.
Is hypnotherapy safe?
Yes. Clinical hypnotherapy is a gentle, evidence-supported modality. You remain conscious and in control throughout. The hypnotic state is a naturally occurring experience of focused attention — not unconsciousness, not loss of will. Everything in this program is trauma-informed and conducted at a pace your system can genuinely integrate.
Is this confidential?
Completely. All sessions, records, and communications are strictly confidential.
Can I use HSA or FSA funds?
Yes. Receipts for HSA/FSA reimbursement are available upon request.
